My first official charity walk using Charity Miles :)
It may not be much but it’s a start!
I’m sure most of us spoonies feel worthless at times; I know I do. But I found this app called Charity Miles that tracks how many miles you walk, run, or bike and donates money to the charity of your choice based on how much you walked, ran, or biked. I’ve heard time and time again exercise may help my issues, and I have worked out to help it, but with this new app, I found a way to keep me motivated. Not only am I getting off my butt and forcing myself to move, but I’m also raising money for a charity while doing so. Definitely something to look into!
